It’s been a while since we’ve said anything, but rest assured we’ve been making progress. The deal is just about done in getting NTBY, LLC established as an entity. We have a tax ID, and reseller’s certificate, and the rights to operate as NTBY. We found a great lawyer in California and we’ll be in contact again with our other lawyer in Texas to finish off the trademark.
We’ve also had some meetings with potential suppliers, with another happening today in east LA. We’ve had a hiccup with finding someone who can tolerate our slow-moving, newbie nature, but we’re very excited about the next tour and the possibilities it may bring. We won’t let some old grump get us down!
What this all means is that product is right around the corner. We’ll be assembling a timeline this week and delegating duties. If all goes well, you’ll be able to purchase a quality NTBY shirt soon enough. Stay tuned.
